Compact inflatable paddle float with a 420D Cordura® nylon shell, replaceable bladder and silicone inflation tube. Inflates to 60 × 28 cm; packs to approximately Ø 7 cm.
Compact to carry. Quick to inflate. Built for your self-rescue kit.
The Air-One Paddle Float brings reinforced construction and compact storage to your paddling essentials. A 420D Cordura® nylon shell protects a replaceable TPU-coated ripstop bladder, while a flexible silicone inflation tube provides quick air intake. Keep it packed between sessions, then bring it into your paddle-float self-rescue practice when needed.
Air-One measures 60 × 28 cm when inflated and packs down to approximately 7 cm in diameter. Its compact rolled format makes it easy to include in your kit. The supplied specifications describe it as suitable for a PFD pocket; check your pocket dimensions and keep essential equipment accessible.
The outer shell uses 420D Cordura® nylon, with a TPU-coated ripstop bladder specified as SUP/hydrofoil grade. A waterproof zipper gives access to the bladder for field replacement, so the internal component can be replaced without replacing the complete float.
The flexible silicone inflation tube is designed for rapid air intake and is specified as freeze-resistant. The design prioritises quick deployment without adding a bulky rigid inflation tube to your packed kit.
Designed to accommodate paddle shafts and blades across a range of sizes, Air-One features a paddle sleeve and securing straps. Check the fit and attachment security with your own paddle before heading out, and practise deployment in controlled conditions.
Self-rescue aid, not a personal flotation device (PFD). Air-One is part of a safety kit, not a substitute for a properly fitted PFD, appropriate training or sound judgement on the water.
FAQs
Segla gear materials are incredibly light, does that mean it's fragile?
The weight comes from the materials and engineering, not from cutting corners. Toray carbon fiber, Kevlar-reinforced edges, and an Etha-lite foam core make these paddles exceptionally light AND strong enough for all paddling conditions.
What's the difference between a Greenland paddle and a regular paddle?
A Greenland paddle has a long, narrow blade that enters the water gradually and quietly. There's no sudden resistance, the load builds progressively with every stroke. Most paddlers feel less shoulder and wrist fatigue within the first hour, especially on longer trips.
How do I know which length is right for me?
It depends on your height and your kayak's width. As a general rule: wider boat = longer paddle. For Greenland paddles, most paddlers find their fit between 220–225cm. Our Euroblade Carbon K-Pro models come in two adjustable ranges, 208–218cm and 214–224cm, covering virtually every paddler.
Is there a dealer near me where I can try one?
We are actively building our dealer and test center network across the globe. In the meantime, check our website for the nearest test center, or contact us directly. If there's nothing near you yet, that's a gap we want to fix.
